These terms describe the main rules for using Heilda as it is currently built: authentication, workspaces, supplier connections, price retrieval, imports, review work, and shared product-data operations.
Applies when you sign up for and use Heilda for your own purchases or on behalf of a business.
Heilda is a purchasing tool for individuals and businesses. Individuals can shop with the stores available to them; businesses can connect suppliers, retrieve account prices, and manage shared product data.
The service will continue to evolve, but the operating goal stays the same: real supplier data in, more explainable procurement decisions out.
You may use Heilda for your own purchases or for a workspace that authorized your access. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and respecting the workspace permissions granted to you.
Each workspace and its administrators are responsible for making sure the right people have access and that roles, invitations, and permissions reflect real operating needs.
If you use Heilda for a business, you represent that you have authority to upload data, connect a supplier account for price retrieval, review outputs, and take the actions you perform inside the service.
You remain responsible for the files, metadata, and decisions that you or your workspace submit to Heilda. That includes responsibility for making sure the content is lawful, accurate enough for your use, and appropriate to process in the service.
By using the service, you authorize Heilda to host, process, copy, and transmit that data as needed to operate the product, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. When a workspace owner or admin connects supplier prices, Heilda operates an isolated browser on the workspace’s behalf to retrieve prices only; that connection does not place orders.
You must not use Heilda for unlawful activity, attempts to access data without permission, attempts to bypass workspace isolation, malware uploads, automated attacks, or other behavior that could harm the service or other users.
Heilda may limit or suspend access when needed for security, abuse prevention, material violations of these terms, or to protect other users and the service infrastructure.
Heilda depends on third-party infrastructure and service providers, including WorkOS, Google, Railway, Neon, Cloudflare R2, Trigger.dev, Browserbase, and Cloudflare. Interruptions or changes at those providers can affect availability.
We may update, limit, or temporarily suspend parts of the service for maintenance, security, or product changes. If these terms change materially, the updated version will be posted on this page.
For account, security, privacy, or service requests, use the support route your workspace received when Heilda was set up.
If that route is not available, contact your workspace administrator or the person who invited you to Heilda so the request reaches the right channel.
