The destination is a recorded email address or web store. If the ordering path is missing, Heilda shows that instead of using the supplier name as a destination.

Catalog access is not the same as permission to send.

Heilda shows whether you can send from Heilda or need to complete the order with the supplier. A recorded path or explicit ordering grant decides which.

Sent orders stay separate by supplier.

History shows the supplier, products, lines, and last status for each stored send.

How is an order split between suppliers?

Products are grouped by supplier and a separate order document is built for each supplier.

Can I review the order before it goes out?

Yes. Supplier-specific review is the boundary before an order is sent or handed off to the supplier.

Where does the order go?

The ordering path shows a recorded email address, web store, or an explicit state that no path is available.

Is catalog access the same as permission to send?

No. Sending requires recorded account details or an explicit ordering grant for that supplier.

Does Heilda complete every supplier order?

No. Some orders can be sent from Heilda when a destination and authority are available; others are completed in the supplier’s web store.

What can I see after sending?

History shows the supplier, products, lines, and last status. Changes appear when an earlier send has stored line data.
