These rules apply to access to Heilda, workspaces, supplier connections, product catalogs, orders, and other use of the service.
Load abuse
Access and workspaces
Do not share access, use another person’s account, or try to reach workspaces, data, product catalogs, or connections you are not authorized to use. You are responsible for making sure people who use Heilda for your business have appropriate authorization.
Orders and communication
Use Heilda only for real purchasing and related communication. Do not send false, misleading, test, or junk orders to suppliers, and do not use the service to send unsolicited or unrelated messages.
Data and content
Do not enter, retrieve, or share data you do not have the right to use. Information in Heilda can relate to prices, suppliers, commercial terms, orders, or company purchasing and should be handled responsibly.
Response
If use creates risk for the service, suppliers, other workspaces, or other users, Heilda may limit access, stop certain actions, remove content, or ask for more context. Serious or repeated violations can lead to account closure.
