# Connect suppliers

Choose suppliers for your workspace and manage their details.

## Directory and supplier list

The supplier directory lists suppliers known to Heilda that can be connected to a workspace. Your supplier list contains the suppliers connected to your own workspace.

## Add a supplier

1. Open Suppliers and choose the directory.
2. Find the supplier under available suppliers and choose Connect.
3. Complete the confirmation. If the option to fetch prices is available, you can continue into the price connection.

> Connecting a supplier, accessing prices and sending orders are separate capabilities. A supplier appearing in your list does not automatically make all three available.

## Ordering details

Supplier details can include an ordering email, an online shop and an ordering method. Save changes and check these details again in your order before sending.

## A supplier is missing

Choose Request a supplier, enter the name and add a website or note if useful. The request is reviewed before the supplier appears in the directory.
