# Review and send an order

Check the order and its delivery method before confirming the next step.

## Review the preview

1. Save an order containing at least one product and open the preview.
2. Check products, packs and quantities for each supplier.
3. Review the recipient, sender and recorded ordering method.

> If no ordering method is recorded, update the supplier’s details before continuing.

## Ordering by email

When email sending is available, the preview shows the sender and recipient. If Connect Gmail is offered, you can connect your account there. Send test uses the test recipient shown on screen.

Check the displayed order recipient before choosing Send order. Follow the sending result; a saved draft or an open preview does not confirm that an order was sent.

## A basket at Krónan

When the Krónan basket action is available, Heilda transfers products to your Krónan basket. You finish there, select delivery and pay.

If the current basket needs to be replaced, a separate confirmation appears. Read it before continuing.

> Preview only does not place an order. A supplier basket and a completed purchase are separate steps.

## Sending is unavailable

Check the action’s message, the connected sender and the supplier’s ordering method. Access to a catalog or prices does not automatically authorize order sending.
