# Fetch and update prices

Connect the supplier prices you can access and follow the progress of a price fetch.

## Start fetching prices

Open a connected supplier and choose Fetch prices or Connect prices where available. Heilda shows the connection status and whether you need to sign in.

## Sign in to your supplier

When the status says it is waiting for sign-in, finish signing in to the supplier in the provided window. Follow the supplier’s sign-in steps. Heilda then shows the progress of the price fetch.

## Status and updates

1. Wait for the updated status before relying on the new price fetch being complete.
2. Use Update prices when the action becomes available again.
3. If fetching fails, read the message and retry when the retry action is available.

> Unavailable means this price connection cannot be used in the current context. It does not mean a product is free.

## Remove a saved sign-in

Removing a saved sign-in deletes the supplier session and stops an active price fetch. Prices already fetched remain in Heilda.
