# Build an order

Collect products in a draft, set quantities and manage your orders.

## Create an order

Open Orders and choose New order. You can also create one when adding a product from the catalog or comparison.

## Products, suppliers and quantities

Add products and set the quantity on each line. Products are grouped by supplier so you can check each part separately. Save the order when it is ready for review.

> The estimated total uses available prices. If prices are missing, do not treat a partial amount as a confirmed total.

## Rename or duplicate

Open Settings in the order’s action menu to rename it. Duplicate creates a copy you can work with. Review products, quantities and prices in the copy before ordering.

## Review before sending

Open the saved order’s preview to check supplier sections, recipients and the available ordering method.
