# Import a price list

Bring in a CSV price list and associate it with the right supplier.

## Choose a CSV file

Open price-list import and choose a file from your device or drag it onto the upload area. Download the CSV template if you need a starting point for the fields.

CSV column example

Product,SKU,Unit,Pack,Price,VAT
```

## Map the columns

Match your file’s columns to product name, SKU, unit, pack, unit price and VAT, according to the data you have.

> Product name and price must be mapped before you continue. Check the sample rows, particularly units and packs.

Column | Use
--- | ---
Product name | Required
Price | Required
SKU, unit and pack | Map the fields available in your file
VAT | Check against the source price list

## Choose a supplier and import

1. Select the correct supplier under Save under, or create a new supplier.
2. Review the column mapping and sample data.
3. Start the import and wait for its result.

## Check the imported products

Open the product catalog and filter by the supplier. Check the name, pack and price on a few products before using the list for purchasing.
